By accessing or using FitPilot ("the Service"), including our website, WhatsApp coaching, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FitPilot provides AI-powered fitness coaching, meal tracking, and personalized diet and workout plans delivered through WhatsApp and our website. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available for a monthly subscription fee (currently ₹999/month). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated systems to access the Service excessively; (e) share your account credentials with others; (f) use the Service to provide competing services.

6. Health Disclaimer

FitPilot is not a medical service. Our AI coaching, diet plans, and workout plans are for general fitness guidance only. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects resulting from following our suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FitPilot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or WhatsApp.
