Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your FitPilot Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first premium payment. This applies only to first-time subscribers. To request a refund, contact us at support@fitpilot.in with your registered email or WhatsApp number.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Renewal payments (refunds only apply to the first payment)
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial month usage — we do not offer pro-rated refunds
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Send "CANCEL" on WhatsApp to our support number
- Email support@fitpilot.in with your account details
- Use the support page on our website
